Common use of Changes to Data Clause in Contracts

Changes to Data. The Licensor reserves the right to change the Data (including the file structure of Data) at any time. The Licensor will give reasonable advance notice to the Licensee prior to making any such change which the Licensor considers will have a material impact on the Licensee’s use of the Data. If the Licensee does not agree to the proposed change in the Data, the Licensee may give at least 30 days’ written notice to terminate this Agreement, and the Licensor shall refund a pro rata amount of the Fees relating to the remainder of the Fee Period.
