Changes to Catalogue Content. Where the Contractor’s catalogue is held on the Client’s system, any proposed changes to its content (including, but not limited to catalogue items and price) after initial approval and publication must be agreed in advance between the Contractor and the Client’s Contract Manager. Once the changes are agreed, the Contractor must present an electronic copy of the new/revised catalogue to HMRC at least five working days prior to the agreed date for the changes to come into effect. Changes to catalogue content do not come into effect until such time as the catalogue has been successfully accepted by the Client’s e-Trading system.
