Changes to Capital Structure. In the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination of shares, merger, consolidation, recapitalization, reclassification or other similar capital or corporate structure change, the number of Option Shares unpurchased and remaining subject to this Option and the purchase price of such Option Shares shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect such change.
