Changes in the Withdrawal Guarantee Factor. 3.3.1 We reserve the right to change the Withdrawal Guarantee Factors as of January 1st of each calendar year. If we make a change, we will send the Contract Owner and each Certificate Owner written notice of such change at least [30] days before the change becomes effective.
