Changes in Subscription Certificate. The Agent may, without the consent or concurrence of the Shareholders in whose names Subscription Certificates are registered, by supplemental agreement or otherwise, concur with the Company in making any changes or corrections in a Subscription Certificate that it shall have been advised by counsel (who may be counsel for the Company) is appropriate to cure any ambiguity or to correct any defective or inconsistent provision or clerical omission or mistake or manifest error therein or herein contained, and which shall not be inconsistent with the provision of the Subscription Certificate except insofar as any such change may confer additional rights upon the Shareholders.
