Changes in Specified Offices. (a) Notice to Issuer If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same city unless the prior written approval of the Issuer, the Note Trustee and the Security Trustee has been obtained (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed)) or nominate a further Specified Office, it shall give notice to the Issuer (with a copy to the Note Trustee and the Security Trustee and the other Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect provided that no such notice shall take effect within the period of 30 days before or after an Interest Payment Date in respect of the Notes, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice.
