Changes in Specified Offices. If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same jurisdiction unless the prior written approval of the Issuer has been obtained), it shall give notice to the Issuer (with a copy to the other Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice.
