Common use of CHANGES IN SCOPE OF SERVICES Clause in Contracts

CHANGES IN SCOPE OF SERVICES. In the event that the Utility requests and HydroCorp consents to perform additional work or services involving the consulting, management, operation, maintenance, and repair of the Utility’s water delivery system where such services or work exceeds or changes the Scope of Services contemplated under this Agreement, HydroCorp shall be provided additional compensation. Within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of notice of such additional work or services, the parties shall mutually agree upon an equitable sum for additional compensation. This amount shall be added to the monthly sum effective at the time of change in scope. Changes in the Scope of Service include, but are not limited to, requests for additional service by the Utility or additional costs incurred in meeting new or changed government regulations or reporting requirements.
