CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. It is mutually agreed that upon the implementation of any changes in the Liquor Control Board Regulations governing licensed premises, the Union and Management will negotiate an agreement on the problem that could arise therefrom.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. If SCHHSA notifies Contractor of a change in County, SCHHSA or California Department of Social Service regulations or guidelines affecting contract activities, Contractor shall choose one of the following options and notify the County in writing within five (5) days of receipt of the notice as to its choice: (1) Indicate that Contractor’s operations are currently in compliance with the change in regulation or guideline; (2) Indicate that Contractor is in the process of modifying operations to comply with the change and will complete these modifications and be in compliance within thirty (30) days of notification by County or SCHHSA; or (3) Notify SCHHSA of termination of the Contract or seek modification of any terms of the Contract materially affected by a regulation or guideline change.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. Within ten (10) days of County's notification to Contractor of a change in California Department of Social Services regulations affecting contract activities, Contractor shall notify County in writing of its choice of one of the following options:

CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. 23.01 The Employer agrees to provide to the Chief Union Xxxxxxx a copy of new or amended Employer policies related to any matter covered by this Agreement.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. 21.01 The Corporation agrees to provide to the Local President and the Unit Chairperson a copy of new or amended policies related to any matter covered by this Agreement, within 30 days after such policies are adopted by the Corporation. The Corporation agrees to provide to the Local President and the Unit Chairperson a copy of all policies on or before January 1, 2018.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. If SCHHSA notifies SCRC of a change in County, SCHHSA or California Department of Social Service regulations or guidelines affecting MOU activities, SCRC shall choose one of the following options and notify SCHHSA in writing within five (5) days of receipt of the notice as to its choice: (1) Indicate that SCRC’s operations are currently in compliance with the change in regulation or guideline; (2) Indicate that SCRC is in the process of modifying operations to comply with the change and will complete these modifications and be in compliance within a reasonable time; or (3) Notify SCHHSA of termination of the MOU or seek modification of any terms of the MOU materially affected by a regulation or guideline change.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. BIOMATERIALI is under no obligation to adapt the Products to more restrictive regulatory requirements entering into force after conclusion of this Agreement, that trigger more than insignificant additional costs. In such cases, BIOMATERIALI may stop selling the Products to XXXXXXX for ultimate sale or distribution into those countries which require such restrictive requirements.
