Changes in Pricing. (a) Clause (a) of Section 3.1 is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: (a) At all times while such Loan is a Base Rate Loan, at a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate from time to time in effect, plus for any day the Applicable Margin on such day;" (b) The definitions of "Applicable Commitment Fee" and "Applicable Margin" set forth in Section 13 of the Existing Credit Agreement are hereby amended to read in their entirety as follows:
