Changes in Payment Instructions to Obligors. The Servicer will not add or terminate any bank as a Concentration Account Bank or the Concentration Account (as defined herein) or make any change, or permit the Servicer to make any change, in its instructions to Obligors regarding payments to be made with respect to the Collateral Portfolio to the Concentration Account Bank (other than instructions directing the Obligors to make payments directly to the Collection Account), unless the Agent has consented to such addition, termination or change (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and has received duly executed copies of the Intercreditor Agreement (incorporating appropriate amendments), with each new Concentration Account Bank being a party thereto.
