Changes in Payment Instructions to Obligors. The Borrower will not add or terminate any bank as a Lockbox Account Bank or any Lockbox Account listed in Schedule VIII or make any change, or permit the Servicer to make any change, in its instructions to Obligors regarding payments to be made with respect to the Collateral to the applicable Lockbox Account, unless the Administrative Agent has consented to such addition, termination or change and the Borrower has notified the Collateral Custodian.
