Changes in Operations. The Buyer shall not be entitled to demand additional carrying capacity except what is stipulated in para 4.6 below. Either Party shall be entitled to change the operations timetable provided that there is a prior written agreement from the other Party accepting the change and any related changes to Operating Compensation.
