Changes in Nature of Business. Holdings will not, and will not permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, engage in any material line of business substantially different from those lines of business conducted by Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries on the Closing Date or any similar, ancillary, complementary or related lines of business or, if otherwise, lines of business that, in the good faith judgment of Holdings’ Board of Directors, are consistent with Holdings’ strategic vision as determined from time to time by Holdings’ Board of Directors.
