Common use of Changes in Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Changes in Enrollment. The Employer, as plan administrator, is solely responsible in a timely fashion for furnishing the information that the Corporation requires for the purpose of enrolling Employees under this Contract, processing applications and terminations and effecting changes in family and membership status. Nothing contained in this Section will be construed to expand or otherwise alter the benefits provided for Members under this Contract.
