CHANGES IN BASE RATE. After each change in the Base Rate, the Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and each Lender by telephone (confirmed promptly in writing) or in writing of the date of such change and the new Base Rate; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the failure of the Agent to so notify the Borrower or any Lender shall not affect the effectiveness of such change."
