Common use of Changes and improvements Clause in Contracts

FDMS and Concord reserve the right to supplement, modify or delete: (i) the content or format of ClientLine® Services; (ii) any data or other information available through ClientLine® Services; and (iii) any feature, procedure, technique or documentation with respect to ClientLine® Services or use of ClientLine® Services by Customer. A list of the information available through ClientLine® Services. as well as significant changes in ClientLine® Services affecting customers generally, shall be published from time to time by Concord and made available to Customer.
