Changes and Extra Work. a. Notice of Change. Subcontractor will be notified of any change requested by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ customer with respect to subcontract work in writing and will be consulted with respect to the proposed terms of any such change. Subcontractor will issue a new bid for the additional work in writing which shall be agreed to by ▇▇▇▇▇ to be enforceable.
