Changed Orders. Bioheart may change an Order at any time and shall be responsible for all costs associated with an Order change including stop orders, components, works-in-process, and finished goods costs.
Changed Orders. In the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Consulting cancels, reschedules or otherwise changes a purchase order less than five (5) days in advance of the scheduled delivery date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Consulting shall pay to PR a cancellation fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the price of the Products that are the subject of such cancellation.
