Change Request Review Clause Samples

The Change Request Review clause establishes the process by which proposed modifications to an existing agreement or project are formally evaluated and approved. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for submitting a change request, the criteria for review, and the roles of the parties involved in assessing the impact of the proposed changes on scope, timeline, and cost. Its core function is to ensure that any alterations are carefully considered and agreed upon by all relevant parties, thereby preventing misunderstandings and maintaining project control.
