Common use of Change of Pledge Agreement Clause in Contracts

Change of Pledge Agreement. 6.1 The parties agree that, as one prerequisite to Party D’s contribution of purchase price to Party B, Party B shall enter into a new pledge agreement with Party D, in accordance with the content and form stipulated in Appendix VII hereto, at the date of the execution of the Share Transfer Agreement.
