Common use of Change of Office Clause in Contracts

Change of Office. If the Paying Agent shall change its specified office, it shall give to the Company and the Trustee not less than 45 days’ prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter and in any event at least 30 days before the change, the Paying Agent shall give to the Holders of Notes on behalf of and at the expense of the Company notice of the change and the address of the new specified office.

Change of Office. If the Paying any Agent shall change its specified office, it shall give to the Company Company, the Principal Agent and the Trustee not less than 45 30 days’ prior written notice to that effect giving the address of the new specified office. As soon as practicable thereafter and in any event at least 30 days before the changethereafter, the Paying Principal Agent shall give to the Holders of Notes Bondholders, on behalf of and at the expense of the Company Company, notice of the such change and the address of the new specified officeoffice in accordance with Condition 17.

As soon as practicable thereafter and in any event at least 30 days before the changethereafter, the Paying such Agent shall give to the Holders of Notes Noteholders, on behalf of and at the expense of the Company Company, notice of the such change and the address of the new specified officeoffice in accordance with Condition 10 of the Terms and Conditions.
