Common use of Change of Lending Office; Replacement of Lenders Clause in Contracts

Change of Lending Office; Replacement of Lenders. (a) ------------------------------------------------ Each Lender agrees that if it makes any demand for payment under Section 3.10 or 3.11, or if any -35- adoption or change of the type described in Section 3.09 shall occur with respect to it, it shall use reasonable efforts (consistent with its internal policy and legal and regulatory restrictions and so long as such efforts would not be disadvantageous to it, as determined in its sole discretion) to designate a different lending office if the making of such a designation would reduce or obviate the need for the Company to make payments under Section 3.10 or 3.11, or would eliminate or reduce the effect of any adoption or change described in Section 3.09.
