Common use of Change Name Clause in Contracts

Change Name. Change the name, FEIN, organizational identification number, state of organization or organizational identity of any Credit Party; provided, however, that any Credit Party may change its name upon at least 30 days prior written notice to Agent of such change and so long as, at the time of such written notification, such Credit Party provides any financing statements necessary to perfect and continue perfected the Agent’s Liens.

Change Name. Change the name, FEIN, organizational identification number, state of organization or organizational identity of any Credit Party's name, Federal Employee Identification Number, corporate structure or identity, or add any new fictitious name; provided, however, that any a Credit Party may change its name or add any new fictitious name upon at least 30 days prior written notice by a Credit Party to the Collateral Agent and the Purchasers of such change and so long as, at the time of such written notification, such Credit Party provides any financing statements or fixture filings necessary to perfect and continue perfected the Agent’s Purchasers' Liens.

Change the name, FEIN, organizational identification number, state of organization or organizational identity of any Credit Party’s name, Federal Employee Identification Number, corporate structure or identity, or add any new Table of Contents fictitious name; provided, however, that any a Credit Party may change its name or add any new fictitious name upon at least 30 days prior written notice by a Credit Party to the Collateral Agent and the Purchasers of such change and so long as, at the time of such written notification, such Credit Party provides any financing statements or fixture filings necessary to perfect and continue perfected the Agent’s Purchasers’ Liens.
