Change Information. THE COMPANY will keep OPTIMUM RE informed of any changes or adjustments affecting a reinsured case. If a change affects either the reinsurance premiums or allowances, or amount at risk, THE COMPANY will provide OPTIMUM RE with the necessary information to complete a modified Reinsurance Cession Form.
Change Information. McDATA shall supply EMC on a quarterly basis a summary of all applicable engineering change orders (ECOs) issued by McDATA during the preceding period which affect the Products.
