Common use of Change in the Nature of Business Clause in Contracts

Change in the Nature of Business. The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage, in any material respect, in a business other than the manufacturing and provision of such products and services as the Borrower and its Subsidiaries currently manufacture and provide or products and services that are similar to the services and products currently provided and activities related and complementary to any of the foregoing.

Change in the Nature of Business. The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Material Subsidiaries to, engage, in any material respect, in a business other than the manufacturing and provision of such products and services as the Borrower and its Material Subsidiaries currently manufacture and provide or products and services that are similar to the services and products currently provided and activities related and complementary to any of the foregoing.

The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage, engage in any material respect, in a business other than the manufacturing and provision of such products and services as the Borrower and its Subsidiaries currently manufacture and provide or products and services that are similar to the services and products currently provided and activities related and complementary to any of the foregoingBusiness.

Change in the Nature of Business. The Borrower shall will not, and shall will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage, engage in any material respect, business activities which are materially different in a business other than nature from and unrelated to the manufacturing and provision activities of such products and services as the Borrower and its Subsidiaries currently manufacture engaged in as of the date hereof, which activities include mining, processing, manufacturing and provide or products and management services that are similar to the services and products currently provided for such businesses and activities related and complementary to any of the foregoingother organizations.
