Common use of Change in Tariffs Clause in Contracts

Change in Tariffs. Promptly and in any event at least thirty (30) days prior to the effectiveness thereof, (A) any order of FERC which provides for a material change in, or the suspension of, the rates or services of Originator (including any order which permits rates to go or continue in effect subject to refund), and (B) in the event of any other material change in or material amendment to any Tariff affecting a material portion of the Receivables, the applicable amended or changed portion of the Tariff and a notice indicating such change or amendment.
