Change in Form of Business Organization. 2 If, during the term of this Agreement, the form of CONTRACTOR’s business 3 organization changes, or the ownership of CONTRACTOR changes, or CONTRACTOR’s 4 relationship towhen changes occur between CONTRACTOR and other businesses dealing with 5 CONTRACTOR underthat could impact services provided through this Agreement changes, 6 CONTRACTOR shall promptly notify ADMINISTRATOR, in writing, detailing such changes.
