Common use of Change in Credit and Collection Policies or Business Clause in Contracts

Change in Credit and Collection Policies or Business. At least fifteen (15) days prior to (i) the effectiveness of any material change in or material amendment to the Credit and Collection Policy, a description or, if available, a copy of the Credit and Collection Policy then in effect and a written notice (A) indicating such change or amendment and (B) if such proposed change or amendment would be reasonably likely to adversely affect the collectability of the Pool Receivables or decrease the credit quality of any newly created Pool Receivables, requesting Administrative Agent’s consent thereto and (ii) Seller making any change or changes in the character of its business, written notice indicating such change and requesting Administrative Agent’s consent thereto.
