Change in Credit and Collection Policies, Business or Organizational Documents. (i) Make or consent to any change in the Credit and Collection Policies that could reasonably be expected to impair the value, validity, collectability or enforceability of, or increase the days-to-pay or Dilution with respect to, any Pool Receivable or otherwise make any material change thereto without the prior written consent of each Consent Party (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, and the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Consent Parties, shall respond to such request for consent within 10 Business Days after receipt of sufficient notification from Master Servicer or Seller), (ii) make any change in the character of its business or amend, waive or otherwise modify its limited liability company agreement or certificate of formation or (iii) amend, waiver or otherwise modify any other Transaction Document to which the Seller is a party or consent to any amendment, waiver or modification of any Transaction Document.
