Common use of Change Control Procedure Clause in Contracts

Change Control Procedure. County may, upon written notice, request changes to the scope of the Services under an Exhibit A. If County requests an increase in the scope, County shall notify Vendor, and, not more than five (5) business days (or other mutually agreed upon period) after receiving the request, Vendor shall notify County whether or not the change has an associated cost impact. If County approves, County shall issue a change control, which will be executed by the Vendor. County shall have the right to decrease the scope and the associated fees for an Exhibit A will be reduced accordingly.
