Challenge to Loan Documents. (a) Any challenge by or on behalf of the Borrower or any guarantor of the Liabilities to the validity of any Loan Document or the applicability or enforceability of any Loan Document strictly in accordance with the subject Loan Document's terms or which seeks to void, avoid, limit, or otherwise adversely affect any security interest created by or in any Loan Document or any payment made pursuant thereto.

(a) Any challenge by or on behalf of the any Borrower or any guarantor of the Liabilities to the validity of any Loan Document or the applicability or enforceability of any Loan Document strictly in accordance with the subject Loan Document's terms or which seeks to void, avoid, limit, or otherwise adversely affect any security interest created by or in any Loan Document or any payment made pursuant thereto.

Challenge to Loan Documents. (a) Any challenge by or on behalf of the any Borrower or any guarantor of the Liabilities to the validity of any Loan Document or the applicability or enforceability of any Loan Document strictly in accordance with the subject Loan Document's material terms or which seeks to void, avoid, limit, or otherwise adversely affect any security interest created by or in any Loan Document or any payment made pursuant thereto.

Challenge to Loan Documents. (a) Any challenge in writing by or on behalf of the any Borrower or any guarantor of the Liabilities to the validity of any Loan Document or the applicability or enforceability of any Loan Document strictly in accordance with the subject material substance of such Loan Document's terms or which seeks to void, avoid, limit, or otherwise adversely affect any security interest created by or in any Loan Document or any payment made pursuant thereto.

Challenge to Loan Documents. (a) Any challenge by or on behalf of the either Borrower or any guarantor of the Liabilities to the validity of any Loan Document Documents or the applicability or enforceability of any Loan Document strictly in accordance with the subject Loan Document's ’s terms or which seeks to void, avoid, limit, or otherwise adversely affect any security interest or lien created by or in any Loan Document or any payment made pursuant thereto.
