Common use of Chair Clause in Contracts

Chair. The chair of any meeting of the Board shall be the first mentioned of the following officers as have been appointed and who is a Director and is present at the meeting: chair of the Board or president. If no such officer is present, the Directors present shall choose one of their number to be chair.
