Chair and Officers; Sub-Committees. The officers of the Trust Committee shall be the chair, vice chair and secretary. The officers shall be appointed by the Trust Committee from among its members. Appointment of officers shall occur at the first meeting of the Trustee Committee each year. The Trust Committee may establish sub-committees necessary or appropriate to the exercise of its powers.
