Common use of cfs Clause in Contracts

If combined storage (including dead storage) in Ballpark Reservoir, Birthday Pond, Waterfall Pond, West Twin Lake, East Twin Lake, and House Pond on the Enrolled Property is less than 300 acre-feet at any time, a maximum diversion of 0.2 cfs may be diverted when flows are greater than 0.5 cfs at the point of diversion on Yellowjacket Creek to fill combined storage up to 300 acre-feet, provided that this diversion is conducted in accordance with the measures in Section 13.2 of this Agreement.
