Cessation of Obligations Under Existing License and Reservations. Effective on the Termination Date, the obligations of County under the Existing License shall cease. The obligations of Licensee as to paragraphs 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 15 of the Existing License will be effective and continue in relation to Licensee's use of the Premises at all times. In addition, the following obligations of Licensee shall be reserved and continue subsequent to the Termination Date:
