Common use of Certified Underlying Documents Clause in Contracts

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer of the Borrower or relevant Owner of each of the Underlying Documents other than with respect to any Refund Guarantee which the Borrower and/or the relevant Owner shall provide in original form and which Refund Guarantee shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the Bank;

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) five Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer of the Borrower or relevant Owner legal adviser of each of the Underlying Documents other than with respect to any Refund Guarantee which Borrowers of each of the Borrower and/or Management Agreements and the relevant Owner shall provide in original form and which Refund Guarantee shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the BankContracts;

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer of the Borrower or relevant Owner of each of the Underlying Documents other than with respect to any Refund Guarantee which Contract, the Borrower and/or Sub-manager's Undertaking and the relevant Owner shall provide in original form and which Refund Guarantee shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the BankManagement Agreement;

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five fifteen (515) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer or a legal advisor of the Borrower or relevant Owner of each of the Underlying Documents other than with respect to any Refund Guarantee which Contract and the Borrower and/or the relevant Owner shall provide in original form and which Refund Guarantee shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the BankManagement Agreement;

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five fifteen (515) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer or a legal advisor of the Borrower or relevant Owner of each of the Underlying Documents other than with respect to Management Agreements and any Refund Guarantee which the Borrower and/or the relevant Owner shall provide in original form and which Refund Guarantee shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the BankCharter;

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) five Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer of the Borrower or relevant Owner legal adviser of each of the Underlying Documents other than with respect to Borrowers of each of the Management Agreements, the Contracts and any Refund Guarantee which the Borrower and/or the relevant Owner shall provide in original form and which Refund Guarantee shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the Bankexisting Charter;
