Certified Tests. 1. Where indicated in the individual equipment Section, provide for each piece of equipment prior to shipment to the job site, a certified factory noise test report on the actual equipment to be provided or an unconditional guarantee that the equipment, when operating under design conditions, will not produce noise exceeding the permissible levels specified. 2. Noise levels in excess of that specified shall be cause for rejection of the equipment. 3. Standard noise data is not acceptable.
