Common use of Certified Statement Clause in Contracts

Certified Statement. 20 By July 31stFebruary 28th of each year during the Term hereof, BUREAUVISIT 21 ANAHEIM shall furnish to CITY a statement in writing, certified by BUREAUVISIT 22 ANAHEIM and a Certified Public Accountant to be correct, showing in detail how the funds 23 received pursuant to this Agreement for the prior VISIT ANAHEIM fiscal year including, but 24 not limited to, Marketing Component Funds were expended and whether the funds were 25 expended for a purpose authorized by this Agreement.
