Common use of Certifications Clause in Contracts

Certifications. The Subadviser hereby warrants and represents that it will provide the requisite certifications reasonably requested by the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the Fund necessary for those named officers to fulfill their reporting and certification obligations on Form N-CSR and Form N-Q as required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 to the extent that such reporting and certifications relate to the Subadviser’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement. Subadviser shall provide a quarterly certification in a form substantially similar to that attached as Schedule E.

Subadviser shall provide a quarterly certification in a form substantially similar to that attached as Schedule E.2002.

The Subadviser Sub-Adviser hereby warrants and represents that it will provide the requisite certifications reasonably requested by the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the Fund Trust necessary for those named officers to fulfill their reporting and certification obligations on Form N-CSR and Form N-Q as required under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 to the extent that such reporting and certifications relate to the SubadviserSub-Adviser’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement. Subadviser shall provide a quarterly certification in a form substantially similar to that attached as Schedule E.
