Certification Tests Sample Clauses
The Certification Tests clause establishes the requirement for certain products, services, or systems to undergo specific testing to verify that they meet predefined standards or criteria. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for conducting the tests, identifies who is responsible for performing them, and specifies the consequences if the subject fails to pass. For example, a supplier may need to submit a product for third-party testing before delivery or installation. The core function of this clause is to ensure quality assurance and compliance, reducing the risk of defects or non-conformance in the final deliverable.
