Certification Premium Pay. Full-time and regular part-time employees who have been certified in recognized specialties in which they are working and that have been approved by the Employer shall receive certification premium pay of One Dollar ($1.00) per hour for up to a maximum of two (2) such certifications. The DI Techs currently receiving mammography certification premium pay will continue doing so as long as they provide mammography support.
