Common use of Certification of Bonus Clause in Contracts

Certification of Bonus. If Executive and Employer shall disagree as to the amount of the Performance Bonus, the Employer shall request the Employer's independent auditors to prepare a certificate showing the amount of net operating profit, common stockholders' equity and the Performance Bonus. Such certificate shall be binding upon the parties, absent manifest error.
