Certification List. When the City determines to fill a vacancy, the Safety Director shall request a certification list from the HRD. In response to this request, the HRD shall certify to the Safety Director for each vacancy a certification list containing the names of the top three (3) ranked candidates on the eligibility list. A certification list for a vacancy in the lieutenant rank may contain two (2) or more candidates.
Certification List. Current AMEA represented employees and legally mandated preferences shall be placed on the initial certification list for AMEA represented positions. After interviewing all AMEA and legally mandated applicants additional applicants many be forwarded for consideration.
Certification List. CloudMinds is responsible for acquiring related certifications within the open market of the United States (“Core Market”) and other markets specifically requested and approved by RED (“Additional Markets”). Any certification costs, carrier-specific costs, and certification schedules associated with the Additional Markets will be amended to Exhibit G and discussed as part of the Monthly NRE Review. If the aggregate of all Additional Markets increase the Actual NRE Cost by more than 10% compared to the Estimated NRE Cost, then RED agrees this Agreement may require amendments to more than just Exhibit G at CloudMinds’ discretion. Both parties agree to finalize a binding Year 1 certification, carrier, and target market schedule as part of Exhibit G within thirty (30) days of executing this Agreement, after which CloudMinds agrees that delays in this schedule caused by CloudMinds that result in missing the scheduled Delivery Date will be subject to the penalties in Section 5.1.
Certification List. The UNION shall furnish the EMPLOYER with a certification of the amount of the UNION membership dues.

Certification List. In the event Spectra publishes a Certification List, Spectra will use commercially reasonable efforts to list any Certified Participant Products on the Certification List. Participant may direct customers and other interested parties to the Spectra website where the Certification List is maintained. Spectra shall have no obligation to maintain, promote or otherwise market the Certification List. SPECTRA RETAINS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LIST ANY PARTICIPANT PRODUCT ON THE CERTIFICATION LIST THAT DOES NOT MEET CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. SPECTRA MAY REVOKE CERTIFICATION STATUS AT ANY TIME IF A PARTICIPANT PRODUCT NO LONGER MEETS CERTIFICATION CRITERIA OR IF PARTICIPANT BREACHES THIS ADDENDUM. IN THE EVENT A PARTICIPANT PRODUCT IS REMOVED FROM THE CERTIFICATION LIST, SPECTRA SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY THIRD PARTIES.
