Common use of CERTIFICATION CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATION CLAUSE. The parties to this contract certify that no person who has been involved in any manner in the development of this contract while employed by the State of Oklahoma will be employed to fulfill any of the services provided for under said contract. Furthermore, Consultant nor anyone subject to the Consultant’s direction or control has offered or given any gift, money or anything of value or any promise for future reward or compensation to any officer or employee of the State of Oklahoma, either directly or indirectly, in procuring this contract.
