Common use of CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES. PROVIDER is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing organized under the laws of the State of California. A current copy of PROVIDER’s licenses and certifications to provide the services outlined herein must be provided to DISTRICT on or before the due date this Contract is executed. PROVIDER must immediately (and under no circumstances longer than three (3) calendar days) notify DISTRICT if any such licenses or certifications are expired, suspended, revoked, rescinded, and/or challenged pursuant to an administrative or legal complaint or lawsuit, or otherwise nullified during the effective period of this Contract. If any such licenses, certifications or waivers are expired, suspended, revoked, rescinded, or otherwise nullified during the effective period of this Contract, this Contract shall be null and void.
