Common use of Certificates Required Clause in Contracts

Certificates Required. Prior to full execution of this Master Agreement, Supplier shall furnish the Port with: a) certificates referencing this Master Agreement (by number, if known), coverage dates, amount, and type of insurance required by this Master Agreement; and b) a copy of the endorsement or policy provision providing additional insured status under the commercial general liability and automobile liability policies.
