Common use of Certificates of Inspection Clause in Contracts

Certificates of Inspection. Prior to the Closing, upon Purchaser's request, Seller will reasonably cooperate with the Purchaser's applications for business licenses and permits, which Purchaser anticipates will result in inspections of the Business Premises by the appropriate Fire Department, the Department of Building and Safety and the Health Department. Any modifications required upon a change of ownership shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser. Changes required to continue Seller's operation of the Businesses are Seller's responsibility.
