Certificates and Documentation. 10.1 UIC Certificate of Conformance (COC) and copies of the original Certificate (EASA FORM 1 or JAA FORM 1 or FAA 8130-3 or OEM COC) shall be supplied with all parts. 10.2 Test reports or other documentation from the manufacturer may be available upon request and may be subject to a fee. 10.3 UIC may impose a missing/loss document retrieval fee of $25.00 per document after thirty (30) days upon receipt. 10.4 UIC may impose a nominal fee for Export FAA8130-3 issued by an independent FAA-DAR.
