Consultant shall comply, as applicable, with the FHWA "Transportation Planning Process Certification" requirements in accordance with 23 CFR 450.334 and Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (Public Law 109-59; SAFETEA-LU) and its successors thereto.
